Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse does not accept returns or exchanges on opened merchandise. No returns or exchanges on software opened or sealed. If your purchase remains unopened within 30 days from your receipt, we will gladly accept the return. Please note that shipping is non-refundable and customers are liable for shipping fees on any returns. If an item was shipped free freight the cost of that freight will be accessed to the returned funds.

When buying a long arm quilting machine, multi-needle embroidery machine, or commercial sewing machine we ask that you be certain of your selection as we offer no returns or refunds on this equipment under any circumstance. Notice of freight damage must be declared within 72 hours. Depending on the severity of damaged, said item may be repaired, adjusted, or replaced. We will work with you on this – we want it right too!

Fabric, whether ordered online or purchased in store, is not returnable. Shading and colors tend to vary based on the platform they are being viewed through.
